Yeah, I know what you mean. Portland drivers scare the crap out of me in the rain!

That's why (fun as it might be) the FR-S is going to stay indoors until this passes and melts. I know I can handle the snow, but I also know the people around me usually cannot. Unacceptable risk.

No, down south. Portland down to Salem has very little. South of Salem now requires chains and I-5 has been closed due to wrecks for hours.

Yeah, it was mostly people being surprised by the flash freeze down south. There was something like 20 cars wrecked just north of Albany.

Make sure you burn them off before the tire warranty is up, and get yourself a set of PSS for like $30. I have not yet tried it myself but a few people I know have succeeded in doing it.

It's all various shades of grey. Does drifting/abuse void the warranty, probably. But if you go into Costco with the warranty in hand and say "My tires are worn down and I only have 3K miles" they will likely replace them no questions asked (at least that is what happened for my friend).

I know, right? All this snow we've had, over two feet since January, and it's all fake! It looks like snow, feels cold like snow, but apparently isn't snow! I've even eaten some of this, and it just turns into "Water", just like snow as well. I can't understand how the gov't scientists have created such realistic fake snow? Don't they have something better to do with our tax dollars? Unbelievable, if you ask me. I plan on suing the Obama administration over this. Pain & suffering, time spent shoveling and the damage to my car do to the cold weather, I'm asking for $1,000,000,000! It seems legit too me.
